Before real estate, Steve worked as a family counsellor and mediator. That background is not incidental — it shapes how he negotiates, how he communicates with buyers and sellers under pressure, and how he handles the moments in a property transaction that are genuinely difficult. Steve is a licensed real estate agent in both ACT and NSW, a qualified auctioneer, and holds a Diploma in Property and Certificate IV in Property.
